Product Development
Presentation
For Everyone
Session Description:
Product development is multi-faceted, but one of the best ways to ensure your product is successful and meets your audience's needs is to conduct effective user interviews and use their feedback to set your vision. But how can you do this without dealing with hypotheticals or anecdotal data?
This presentation will focus on some strategies that PM's, PO's, and/or UX teams can try to implement to learn more about their users, learn it earlier, and consequently ensure success with minimal technical debt accrual. Key topics covered will be how to rely more on interviews before doing development work rather than UAT testing, what kind of questions to ask, how to standardize your interviews, and how to use the results to make strategic decisions for long-term success.
