2026 Keynote

My Journey to a Publicly Traded CEO;
Lessons in Strategy and Leadership

Kevin recently passed the torch as CEO of Calian after a 10-year tenure.   As CEO, Kevin worked with the Calian team to transform Calian from a services company to a mission critical solutions company.  In that journey, Kevin led the acquisition of 20 companies while taking the company global and instilling a growth culture.   The company more than quadrupled in revenues while delivering shareholder value through dividends and increased share price.

Join us as Kevin shares insights from his journey and learn how to apply these lessons to your own.

Named CEO of the Year by the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and Ottawa Business Journal in 2017, EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019,  Canada’s Defence Executive of the Year by CDR in 2024 and was recently named as the recipient of the 2026 NorthStar award which celebrates excellence in Canadian based business leaders.

2026 Panel

Short-Circuiting the Product Process with AI

See how real product teams are integrating AI into research, PRDs, prototyping, and go‑to‑market workflows. This panel brings together product, marketing, engineering, and behavioural science leaders who are already using AI to ship faster, improve discovery, and elevate team skills. You’ll hear where to start with real PM and PMM use cases, how to overcome “blank page” anxiety, and how to weave AI into everyday product work while managing risk, culture change, and team development. Walk away with practical tips, proven adoption patterns, and a clear view of how AI will reshape product roles and your career advantage.”
