Ottawa ProductCamp

 How It Works

This event is for anyone involved or interested in managing, marketing, developing, building, and/or scaling a product (software/hardware). Once a year we get together for a whole day, celebrate and share our learning in a collaborative, fun, informal, and supportive environment, we meet old friends and make new ones, and continue building and maintaining a strong product community in our city.

Join us on April 27th at The Brookstreet Hotel in Kanata, Ontario for our annual event that brings together local professionals and entrepreneurs.

At this event, YOU have a chance to:

  • Share your expertise

  • Learn from others, and

  • Grow together with this awesome community

  1. Register and attend ProductCamp Ottawa

  2. Submit a topic you wish to present (optional)

Topics and speakers are promoted by OPMMA

  1. Attendees vote on the topics they want to see

  2. Topics are arranged in the agenda according to votes

We’re calling on you, our Ottawa product leaders, to participate in Ottawa ProductCamp by proposing the topic(s) you wish to present and sharing your knowledge and know-how with the community.

Here are some suggestions on what you could talk about:

  • New tools, processes, or software platforms

  • Lessons learned and behind-the-scene stories of product creation and scaling

  • Industry trends and changes

  • Tips on professional development and career advancement

  • Guiding steps to help on what it takes to become an industry professional

Your sessions can be done in a classic presentation style, workshop format, or interactively with participants. Each session selected to present by attendee votes will be 45 minutes in one of the venue's conference rooms.
