Session Description:
This workshop offers a dynamic, collaborative experience tailored for ProductCamp attendees to develop high-level product launch strategies for innovative Medical Internet of Things (MIoT) solutions. Participants will work in groups to analyze real-world case studies, guided by Socratic questioning, and present their strategies for products designed to address unmet needs in hospital safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
By engaging in critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving, participants will gain practical insights into market positioning, stakeholder engagement, pricing strategies, and overcoming implementation challenges.
The workshop fosters hands-on learning, enabling attendees to apply strategic frameworks to real-world scenarios while networking with peers.
Attendees will leave with actionable skills to develop and refine go-to-market strategies for advanced healthcare solutions.
Biography
Jamie is a business research analyst specialized in new product and service development initiatives centered on science and engineering. His 80 commercial assessments of S&T relate to work done over 27 years with 31 small to medium-sized enterprises and 11 research institutions. Work on contract within organizations supplements project-based assignments done through 9 partnerships and as an independent decision support professional.
